      Stand Up Paddle Boarding is a global cultural and athletic phenomenon. The wobbly board surface makes it very effective for building the core muscle groups, (stomach and lower back) and for training muscles to enhance your SUP performance and can easily transfer over to other dynamic athletic sports.
      We will be meeting at the SUP Shack at 9:45 am to sign waivers and get ready.  This will be an hour long stand up paddle boarding fitness class!!! Oh yes, we will be paddle boarding and getting fit at the same time, with SUP Fit!

      Saturday, July 29th 10:00 am-Your Perfect Union personal trainers will be hosting a complimentary Form and Technique workshop.  If you’d like to correct form, prevent injuries, learn how to work with your body, and stay in the best shape possible for your goals, you won’t want to miss this! This will be a full body workout, slowed down and broken down including all of our most common moves in our fitness classes.  This is an event open to current and non current clients.
