We are a studio offering everything you need for a healthy lifestyle change: small group fitness classes, personal training, nutrition counseling, nutrition seminars, healthy smoothies and personal support, accountability, and community.  We have created an enviroment where people feel challenged, proud, accepted, healthy, and part of a community.       Come and join the happiest day of the year at Perfect Union! What began as a birthday celebration day with friends has since turned into an annual tradition at Perfect Union.  Its a day to challenge yourself while having fun and being safe.  Our schedule of classes is slightly different that day and its a free day to come and take EVERY class on the schedule.  Do you have to actually participate in every class? NO, but for every class that you do participate you’ll get a different congratulations gift from us.

The preserve encompasses the upper Stevens Creek watershed from Monte Bello Ridge to Skyline Ridge. The 3,436-acre preserve is one of the District’s richest in wildlife and ecosystem diversity.”

      Meet at Perfect Union to carpool for this amazing beautiful hike led by Darci Morris.  This will be a 6 mile hike.

      Do you ever wonder if you’re doing a move correctly? Do you execute a move and wonder if *that’s* where you are supposed to be feeling it?

      If so, this workshop is for you! Allow our personal trainers to walk you through our most common moves performed in fitness classes as well as personal trainings.

      We will take the time to be hands on and verbal with execution cues and modifications.

      Wear workout clothes and bring a water, this will be an upper body workout.

      Stand Up Paddle Boarding is a global cultural and athletic phenomenon. The wobbly board surface makes it very effective for building the core muscle groups, (stomach and lower back) and for training muscles to enhance your SUP performance and can easily transfer over to other dynamic athletic sports.

      We will be meeting at the SUP Shack at 9:25 am to sign waivers and get ready. This will be an hour long stand up paddle boarding fitness class!!! Oh yes, we will be paddle boarding and getting fit at the same time, with SUP Fit!
