Students will be challenged to flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core, while leaving NO muscle untouched. Every exercise can be modified to fit YOUR personal needs. Pop Pilates is taught on Monday evenings at 7:00 pm, Wednesday mornings at 5:30 am, Thursday mornings at 9:30 am and Saturday mornings at 7:00 am all by Jennifer Hardwick.
