Circuit Training

This is a fun class done in either stations around the room, your own individual station, or even incorporating getting outdoors. Circuit training can consist of many different types of exercises including using a heavy bag, battle ropes, bosu ball, free weights, jump ropes and many more.

Circuit Training is offered Tuesday mornings at 8:30 with Jennifer Hardwick, Tuesday evenings at 5:15 pm with Caitlyn Verduzco, and Friday mornings at 8:30 am with Caitlyn Verduzco.
