Perfect Union covers every aspect of your health, fitness and nutritional needs in a safe, comfortable environment…and we are not a gym! We customize every workout experience to you to help you reach your fitness goals. Our class sizes are kept small to insure your safety and to give you a safe community experience of working hard and meeting all your fitness goals.
We offer one-on-one personal training, small group training, and all of our group classes are taught by nationally certified instructors which include Barre, Zumba, Spin, Circuit, TRX, Les Mills, Cardio, Strength, Banded Sculpt, Cardio Kickboxing and Yoga.
We always give alternate exercises to those who may need them, which makes every class suitable for all fitness levels allowing you the ability to advance, gain strength and learn proper form.
We don’t have mirrors at Perfect Union, to allow you to focus on yourself and not be worried that others are watching you or what you look like. Your professionally trained instructors will be your mirror and correct form and give alternate exercises whenever needed.
