Classes

    Perfect Union covers every aspect of your health, fitness and nutritional needs in a safe, comfortable environment…and we are not a gym! We will customize every workout experience for you to help you reach your fitness goals. We offer one-on-one personal training, small group training, and all of our group classes taught by nationally certified instructors which include Barre, Zumba, Spin, Circuit, TRX, Les Mills, Cardio, Strength and Yoga. We offer nutrition consulting, support groups, accountability, and 30 day detoxes. Every class is designed with the individual in mind so advanced reservations are required.  We will give alternate exercises to those who may need them, which makes every class suitable for all fitness levels allowing you the ability to advance, gain strength and learn proper form.

    We have created an environment where people feel challenged, proud, accepted, healthy, and a part of a growing community.

    We also know the importance of diet, and we believe that food is medicine. We educate, encourage, and believe in everyone who walks through the doors.

    We want Perfect Union to be more than just a place people come to workout and learn how to eat for their bodies, which is why we do so much outside of Perfect Union. We have monthly hikes exploring different trails every month, we do fun activities such as: stand up paddle boarding, game nights, and we participate in local races and triathlons pushing people to bigger goals outside of the studio walls. This will be our third year participating in the Tinkerbell half marathon in Disneyland, and we have another group training for the 65 mile Cinderella biking classic, and some training for their first 5K walk.. I absolutely love seeing clients push themselves and accomplish goals they never thought possible.
