Stand Up Paddle Boarding is a global cultural and athletic phenomenon. The wobbly board surface makes it very effective for building the core muscle groups, (stomach and lower back) and for training muscles to enhance your SUP performance and can easily transfer over to other dynamic athletic sports.
We will be meeting at the SUP Shack at 9:25 am to sign waivers and get ready. This will be an hour long stand up paddle boarding fitness class!!! Oh yes, we will be paddle boarding and getting fit at the same time, with SUP Fit!
