I believeGina less is more. Smoothies can contain much more sugar and other ingredients (such as dairy) than you would think. I prefer natural, whole ingredients. I use fresh & frozen fruits and vegetables with either 100% juice, almondĀ milk/cashew milk, coconut milk, and always a little ice. You can pack a lot of nutrition in a Simple and Pure smoothie.
