Personal Training

Personal training can be done for a variety of reasons.  Some of those reasons include: rehab from an injury, time constraints from “regular gym/class times”, wanting to feel confident and learn specific ways to workout from a trained expert, and complimenting your current workout schedule with something more.

At Perfect Union we have two excellent personal trainers, Jennifer Hardwick and Tyler Stow.  Both of our trainers are certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have a passion for seeing clients through their goals, and teaching them safety in form and movements while pushing them through a great workout.

Jennifer’s speciality is weight loss and rehabilitation.  If you’re new to working out, just coming back to it from some time off, or need gentle encouragement towards your goals Jennifer is the trainer for you.  Her experience within her own medical diagnosis make it easy for her to relate to clients who struggle with their bodies and self confidence.  Her encouraging words, positive personality and safety cues are only a fraction of what you’ll get.  You will leave each workout, not only sweating and feeling proud of yourself, but you’ll leave with confidence and accountability to your goals.

Tyler is our newest personal trainer at Perfect Union and brings a specialty to the studio we are really excited about.  Tyler’s vast knowledge of sports makes him an asset to athletes, those having specific sport or strength training goals, and clients who want a sport/gym experience in a safe and welcoming environment.  Clients will not only have results with Tyler but they will gain a vast amount of knowledge behind their specific exercise program Tyler creates for them.  Knowing the ins and outs of why and how their program will benefit their body will help to achieve the results that much faster.

Our trainers work early mornings, evenings, and weekends, making is accessible to fit into any schedule.
