Self Massage

    This practice is effective, empowering and a wonderful complement to any sport or fitness program you may follow. Self-massage is available to everyone, regardless of fitness or activity level.

    In this class, we use a variety of therapeutic and inflatable balls to release soft tissue and muscle tension with the goal of relieving pain, improving mobility, and increasing vitality. During the class, Maria will guide participants through a series of mat routines, and address issues of:

    Knee, Hip and Back Pain
    Muscle Restrictions and Trigger Points
    Shoulder Pain
    Postural Imbalances
    Limited Joint Range of Motion
    Tension Headaches
    Sports Performance and Recovery
