This class is designed with the full body in mind. We have a variety of stations and exercises designed to help tone, build muscle, and blast calories throughout the day. Each class session builds on the previous one to keep you challenging yourself, your fitness, and keeping you from hitting a plateau. All fitness levels are welcome because the amount of weight will vary person to person.
This class is a traditional weight lifting class, counting reps and increasing weights. Each participant works at their own pace doing their own workout while being supervised by a personal trainer.
Strength Training is offered on Monday mornings at 8:30 am, Tuesday afternoons at 4:15 pm and Friday evenings at 5:15 pm taught by Jennifer Hardwick
