Don’t let this non impact workout fool you, the TRX is designed to give you a great full body workout. Suspension straps can accommodate all fitness levels.

TRX classes are offered Mondays at 4 pm, Tuesdays at 6:15 pm  and Thursday mornings at 6 am with Jennifer Hardwick
