    She teaches:

    VINYASA FLOW YOGA-creates an environment to help you cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance.

    Yoga Flow & Meditation-takes a gentler approach to the yoga practice, beginning with a breathing meditation, flowing through warming and soothing yoga postures, concluding with savasana (final relaxation pose) and a 10 minute guided meditation.

    Sunset Yoga-a wonderful way to end your day with a vinyasa flow candlelight yoga practice that warms your soul. This soothing vinyasa flow yoga class will help you link breath to movement to warm your body so that you can release stress and enjoy deep, relaxing yin poses at the end.

    Each yoga class is Vinyasa Flow Yoga, which emphasizes linking the breath to movement to create a flow in the yoga practice and a connection between the mind and body. This focus on the power of breathing can help you balance your emotions throughout the day even after you leave the mat. Each class will be a little different, because the process is organic in nature — the postures can vary in order and new postures can be introduced (or re-introduced) from one class to the next. You will learn to listen to your body and vary the pose at times to meet your needs.

    Renee teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30 am, Saturday mornings at 8:15 am, and Sunset Yoga at 7:00 pm on Tuesday evenings.
