Zone

    Zone class gives you a a great mix of everything. The circuits will be done in 6 minute intervals-3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs. Each six minute circuit will be a different block of exercises to give you a full body workout.

    Zone is offered on Wednesday afternoons at 4:15 pm, Thursday mornings at 7:15 am, and Friday mornings at 6:00 am with Jennifer Hardwick
